The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method, the zigzag folds of the neck formed on each side of the closure tape are welded together.

The method is carried out as follows.
In the first technological position, at which grip, suspension and filling of the bag is carried out, as well as the bend of the mouth edges, placed in the horizontal position or folded bag 1 (Fig. 1), I grab on both sides of the upper end with the grips 2 thereafter as the two side webbing of the bag is disengaged with the help of suction cups 3 and 4. The grippers 2 are attached through the rotating axis 5 to the pivoting lever 6.
The pivot arm 6 is rotated to an approximately horizontal position, with the result that bag I hangs loosely, with the lower part 7 of the feeder 8 entering the neck. Section 3 9 indicates two detachable elements Top part 10 of the feeder

Bulk material is first fed into a free-hanging bag, as a result of which the latter is stretched along its entire length and receives all the loaded material. In the event that the weight of the feed material exceeds the installed capacity of the cylinders 12 with the pressure medium, the lower part of the feeder 8 is lowered together with the bag, as a result of which the base is placed on the stand 13, and its lower part 7 is evenly filled with bulk material. The cylinders 12 create tension, whereby the bags of the bag do not form wrinkles.
After the bag has been filled, the clips 2 are retracted to the initial position to grip and feed the new bag. The canvases of the filled bag 1 are folded with the help of a rod 14, which is located approximately at the level of the bag, and clamped with double grippers 15 and 16 in compliance with a predetermined interval. The double grip 15 bends by turning 180 ° the upper edge of the bag until it lies against the bag. On the bent part of the bag and on the adjacent part of the bag's bag, to which the bent part is attached, the rotating brush 17 is passed to clean the bag when it is fed to another technological position ... Then, from the roll 18, the closure tape 19 is unrolled by means of moving returnable along the direction of delivery bag 20, which captures the end of the sealing tape 19. In this case, when winding the tape, the grip 20 carries out its movement simultaneously with the movement of the supply of the bag 1 from the first position to the second (under the belt 19).
Tape 19 with gripper 20 is held partly above the bag web, and partly above the curved end of its neck. Through the contact pads 21 tape 19 is welded with two seams to the canvas of the bag and to the bent end of the neck.
The empty part of the bag 1 is raised with the help of the rod 14 into a vertical position and with the help of the folding tool 22 is placed in zigzag folds. The fixture 22 consists of two parts and moves from two sides in the horizontal direction towards the upper end of the bag, with both parts of the fixture 22 entering one another as combs. Next, the zigzag folds are mixed by means of tension rods 23 with curved ends into the socket 24.
The shrinking process is carried out as follows.
The rods 23 with curved ends enclose the fold and tighten it, moving in the opposite one other direction. The formation of the outlet can also be carried out using the folding rods 25-31 (FIGS. 3 and 4). After the socket has been formed, plates 32 and 33 are pressed against the rods 30 and 31, laying the free ends of the closure strip 19 in a predetermined position. The free ends of the belt 19 are then held between the clamping strips 34 and 35 and held last. Then, the zigzag folds are welded by strips 36 and 37, which are then retracted, and after cooling the seam, pressure bars 34 and 35 are also retracted, as a result of which the neck of the bag assembled into the socket 24 is held only with the help of welded ends 38 and 39 of the sealing tape 19 The proposed method of filling and sealing ensures reliable fastening of the neck of the bags.
